These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CaloriesCount app and website. By using CaloriesCount, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

Using CaloriesCount

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial meal tracking. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Subscriptions & billing

• CaloriesCount offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Not medical advice

CaloriesCount provides estimated nutrition information for general tracking only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, or fitness decisions.

Accuracy

Nutrition figures are estimates drawn from a public food database and from how a meal is described. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting entries before relying on them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (your diary and goals). You are responsible for the information you enter.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaloriesCount is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the estimates the app provides.

Changes to the service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
